plot from external data file

I have an external data file with OHLC and optionally a time stamp.
I would like to read this into an indicator (or ideally get the file to
appear in the instrument list under a unique stock name.)
I would then like to plot a candlestick chart with the data.
I know how to do the Stream IO in the case of manual read in of the data.

I do NOT know how to get the data plotted as a candle stick chart
or even plotted as pseudo-candle sticks in a sub panel.
Any ideas would be helpful.

This is pretty simple.

I followed the NT StreamWriter example and just reversed it for the StreamReading.

Hacked it in with their data series examples, and wow...

add some time based code, and everything happens.
