login failed for TT

Hi,

all this morning I've been having problems connecting (logging in) to TT. Login Failure was the message. Logged into Kinetek and TD fine. My last successful login in to TT was last night. I never successfully logged into TT this morning. I had rebooted both the network and the computer. It just hangs there with an eventual message of Login Failure. Any thoughts?

Hello,

Please delete the following Files.

* Close NinjaTrader
* Start button -> Documents
* NinjaTrader 7 -> bin -> FIX
* Select all files in the FIX folder and delete them
* Restart NinjaTrader and try your connection.

Hi,

I followed the instructions but did not work, and to play it safe after I deleted the files, I rebooted the network and cpu. The Ninja app still hangs on connecting.

I did check with Velocity and there is an issue connecting with TT on their end which they're currently trying to resolve.
