FXCM Chart Issues

Hello,

Having problems with the charts with fxcm connection. Green light comes on but it just stalls at loading data for the charting screen...Any ideas??

Can you tell me what how many days you are attempting to load within your chart and the time interval you have selected.

looking for aud/usd - 60 minute, 50 - days...i got about 3 days up so far...I connected to kinetick 1st, then fxcm

Can you clarify if you are connected to the Kinetick End of Day (Free) or a subscription based account.

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
