CGQ Connection being lost

I'm having issues with my CQG data feed yesterday and today. Ninja is reporting connection lost, broker says there are no issues being reported, my DTN data feed is running well with no issues, internet is good at 25 MPS. The connection repairs itself and works intermittently.

Tip for Traders

Got a good tip from my ISP while troubleshooting this issue Disconnecting the modem power and resetting is always good, but unplugging the coaxial cable, grounding the copper wire to your finger, from all coaxial connections to the machine, is one I had not heard of. Because data feeds are more sensitive than other internet usages, we can have issues like mine, that are undetectable from the cable provider in an office somewhere. My ISP had to correct a feed problem and told me about the above as a maintenance item to stay on top of.
Hope this helps someone along the way. CQG is more sensitive than DTN to these things apparently.
