continuous contract not updating

using the 6E - see attached - first time using continuous contract, the continuous is
on the left and the June contract on the right
the June contract is updating but the continuous isn't

using the AMP NT with CQG feed, also connected to Kinetick eod

loaded the continuous and just used the ## Expiry format, should I be doing some-
thing else so that the chart updates ?

Thank you for your note.

Real-time continuous contract data is not available through CQG or the free Kinetick feed. NinjaTrader constructs the ##-## chart based on historical data from the dated contract.
