NT trailing stop and IB modify/cancel fees?

Hello,

I am not sure if I was interpreting the following information from Interactive Brokers correctly:

Do these modify/cancel fees mean that if I have a trailing stop in NT and it keeps moving on the right direction then my IB account will be debited for each of those adjustments?

Or do those orders stay in NT and are not sent to IB until they are locally hit (hence not incurring any fee)?

I thought about contacting them first but if it depends on whether or not the (trailing) stop order has been sent to them, they will not know if NT keeps those orders locally and just sends them when the price is hit or if they're sent when you first enter them...

Maybe someone has used NT with IB and knows what you are actually being charged in those scenarios?

The stop order is sent to the broker immediately after NinjaTrader receives confirmation that the entry order has filled.
