Chart not showing real-time prices

Hey guys, whenever I pull up a chart of a stock in the 1 minute timeframe, its only showing me yesterdays prices up until 3/4pm. Is there any reason its not showing realtime prices?

Can you please clarify who you connect to for data? This is displayed in the bottom left hand corner of the NinjaTrader Control Center.

What symbols are you seeing this behavior?

Do you receive any errors on the log tab of the Control Center which indicate "Delayed data"?

Hi sir, I am not receiving any messages about delayed data. I do have a green kinetick box on the bottom left and asked them to upgrade my subscription to real-time data feed. The symbol I am using now is UTX.

This is most commonly a 6-digit number beginning with 4.

If you have already setup the connection to Kinetick this can be found at "Tools > Account Connections > Kinetick > Change > Next > Next” > Username
