not getting YM

I use trading technologies and not getting YM data feeds, but get ES and NQ

Which version of NinjaTrader are you using currently? To check, please click Help > About.

Please select YM 06-13 in the Orders tab of the Control Center window. Do you see updates to bid, ask and last price or is 'n/a' shown?

Hello Ironplates,

Can you please disconnect TT and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments. Restart NinjaTrader, connect to TT and check if you receive data for the YM 06-13.

did all that and it is still n/a
ES, NQ is working.

Can you please send me your Config.xml file so I can test your connection on my end. You can find the Config.xml file at C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7. Please attach it in your email and send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, not getting YM' in the subject header.

had to change the symbol map for all CBOT instruments to CME as TT no longer offers the CBOT gateway.
