Help with ATM Strategy

Hello, I am ignorant of script, have tried to learn but it's not my thing as much as I wish it were. I am looking for someone capable of script writing to write an indicator and strategy for me. I have script for the indicator to make it easier to convert (hopefully) and the strategy is pretty simple (I think).
