connection lost

connected to AMP
the orange light keeps coming on for a few minutes then goes back to green
the log says its the price feed that has been lost primary connection is still there
is it just the primary connection that is essential for order placement/acceptance?
in othe words can i live with the orange light going on? the price feed is still connected irrespective of what the light says.
i have rebooted the router and i can find no data loss on pings, its an over sensitivity in NT i think.

Hello,

There are 3 data servers you connect to with NinjaTrader to CQG.

1 - Broker Orders Server
2 - Live data output server
3 - Historical data server.

If you cannot connect to one of these 3 servers , this indicates that you are partially connected and get an orange state.

You can find out which servers are connected in the log tab. It will show along the lines of Order Server = connected and Price Server = disconnected.

The connection would then turn back to green when all 3 are connected again.
