Stopp not activated

Hi,

I put a stop and shut down the Computer. When I came home, my stop does not activated.
When I look at my orders, the state is "working".
Whats the problem?

Hello Trader2012,

Can you please check what acccount you trade.

If you trade the sim101 account, NinjaTrader needs to be running and receiving real-time data for orders to be executed.

Upon trading a live account, orders will execute as per market dynamics - NinjaTrader does not have control on the execution of orders. If you feel the order should have been executed, please check with your broker why this was not the case.
