bar times off

hi,

Confused about something I am seeing.

The bar times in NT are supposed to show the start of the bar or the end of the bar?
I am using market replace connection and when I open the Data Box, and hover over the bar, I can see that the time of the current bar is the beginning of what I expect to see as the next bar.

Meaning, the replay control is showing 11:08AM, I have 5 min. bars open and the right most bar on the chart is showing 11:10.

Before downloading the recorded data, I had imported data for this symbol using the historical data manager

Any ideas?

Hello onnb1,

The bar stamp in NinjaTrader is for the end of the bar.

For example, on a one minute chart, a bar with a time stamp of 9:01 contains the data from 9:00-9:01.

Historical data is not used for Market Replay.

Market Replay works if you have downloaded or recorded market replay data.
