When does BarsSinceEntry start counting? When the order starts to be filled or when is completely filled?

I have a new doubt about BarsSinceEntry.

I have a strategy with CalculateOnBarClose = false. If the strategy opens a position in the middle of a bar, the value of BarsSinceEntry in this bar equals 0 or 1?

I would expect it 0, since you're then still on the entry bar. If you then see a new bar, count goes to 1 and so on.
