Error on downloading replay data: unable to retrieve data

I keep getting this error message, error on downloading replay data: unable to retrieve data, when I try to download market replay data for ES contracts 3-12, 6-12, 9-12, 3-13. or 6-13.

It also takes several hours for each contract to "download" before that error pops up in a separate window.

Usually when I go connect to market replay data I find there is L1 data but no L2 data for those days.

I have restarted my router, modem and PC. I reinstalled Ninjatrader 7 after downloading all 50mb of the file in only 3 minutes with my wifi downoad speed of 5mbps.

Can you please offer some guidance? Thanks.

In the message, include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. The trace file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need a copy of the 'trace.20130418.txt' file.
