Kinetick chart not up to date

Hi,

I'm using Kinetick EOD data , but the daily chart was last updated on 12/04/2013 and that's for all of the instruments i am using.

How to solve this issue?

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

Please right mouse click and select "Reload all historical data". If the issue persists please righrt mouse click within your chart-->Data Series-->End date-->Set to todays date then click Ok.

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

Hi Christopher,

that did not help, I've even deleted ES data folder for example but still last bar updated on 12/04/2013.

I tried continues contract , daily, and weekly, still last day is as mentioned above

Please close NinjaTrader and sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab-->Change Settings-->Select time.nist.gov from the drop down menu and then click Update.

he PC clock should now be updated and you may restart NinjaTrader. After connecting please attempt to open a new Daily ES 06-13 chart window.
