using ninjatrader with two brokers (IB & MB)

I'm still evaluating NinjaTrader and I have a question about using it with multiple brokers. I currently have accounts at MB & IB. I'd like to keep the accounts separate because I plan to trade different styles in each account. Can I use both accounts simultaneously with NinjaTrader? I can't figure out how this would work.

As a follow-up question, how can I configure the market screen to have a custom criteria coded via ninjascript?

Yes you can. You would
- set up 2 different account connection (Tools->Account connections)
- connect to one connection first and then to the second connection too (File->Connect)
- on the various NT UIs you then could select the account you want to trade on

Here is general idea:
- you would need to custom code an indicator (if none of the already provided indicators meats your criteria)
- through that indicators on a MA indicator column
- possibly add some color or alert condition (please check out the docs for details)
