I am using IB, do I need IQFeed

Hi,

I am using Interactive Brokers as my broker, and I found if I use IB as my data provider for NT, it looks good so far.

I also have a IQFeed account, do I need IQFeed at all? It seems I have two data providers and it's not necessary. What are the advantages if I use IQFeed as my data provider instead of IB itself?

IB does not support historical tick data, while IQFeed does. If you like to load tick data in NinjaTrader, you can connect to IQFeed. More information regarding multiple connections can be found at the link below.
