I have a cable modem and sometimes my connection is lost for a short time, like 30 secs. Would I need to disable and reenable my strategies currently running or would the strategies continue to run once the net connection comes back?

Hello elitetradernyc,
That will depend on the settings that you have inside of the Tools -> Options -> Strategy tab -> NinjaScript tab.
By Default the settings should be set to "KeepRunning" so as long as you do not get more than "4" disconnects with-in "5" minutes you Strategy will keep running.
