Let me know what the error message states as well.

Error on laading chasrt date for ' ES 03-13 Globex': Unable to retrieve date.

Same as Ym and 6B

There seemed to be an ISP glitch. We received multiple reports from other Zen-Fire users. However they are able to re-connect again. Can you please reboot your computer and check if you can re-connect as well.

Can you please send me your latest log and trace files, so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach them in your email and send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, Error data feed' in the subject header.

C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20130412 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)
