Can't Connect To Live Feed

I am getting an error message "Login failed:Unable to login:The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure." Have never had this before and have been using it for quite a while with no problem.

I guess the feed may have been down is there anywhere you can check to see is a feed is down or not. Just for future reference.

We received multiple reports from Zen-Fire users. I am still able to connect on my end, my colleague in Germany is not. It seems to be an ISP backbone issue.

Zen-Fire uses the following ports and IP addresses:

ritpz02502.02.rithmic.com (64.202.118.230) - 65000 TCP
ritpz02503.02.rithmic.com (64.202.118.231) - 64100 TCP
ritpz02504.02.rithmic.com (64.202.118.236) - 63100 TCP
ritpz02505.02.rithmic.com (64.202.118.240) - 56000 TCP
ritpz02506.02.rithmic.com (64.202.118.241) - 55555 TCP
ritpz02512.02.rithmic.com (64.202.118.207) - 44444 TCP
ritpz02513.02.rithmic.com (64.202.118.208) - 40000 through to 41099 TCP

Can you please perform the following test on your end. This procedure allows us to check where connection fails.

In Windows, select Start-->Programs-->Accessories-->Command Prompt.

Enter "tracert 64.202.118.230" and hit Enter. Check if you can connect to the IP address in question. More information regarding this procedure can be found at the link below.
