TT and Kinetick issues

Hello Support,

Upon request from TT feed (velocity), I changed the feed setting as below and now Kinetic back fill not filling the historical data anymore.

Here is the instruction:

In accordance with the Trading Technologies announcement “Single X_TRADER Market License for CME/CBOT Gateway” , CBOT products are now listed under the CME gateway. This will go into effect on your Ninja Trader front-end at the end of today. Please make the following changes via Ninja Trader Control Center under Instrument manager:

Go to tools>Instrument manager
Scroll and select the Instrument under “Available Master Instruments”
Select Edit
Select the Misc Tab
Scroll to “Trading Technologies” under Symbol Map
Replace CBOT with CME.

The error says:

Error on reloading data: Error on requesting historical data: Non more data to read (Panic)
Error on loading chart data for 'CL 05-13 Nymex'; Error on requesting historical data: No more data to read

Any idea?

Thank you for your post.

Please shut down your PC then reboot your moden, restart your PC and let me know if you can then load your charts successfully with no errors.
