Kinetick realtime problem over week end

Hi,
I recently purchased forex real time data with Kinetick and I run Ninja with these 24/7, yet already twice I had a weird problem, for some reasons on saturday log says and repeats there were disconnections, on Monday I see Ninja regularly connected but no realtime quotes are coming through and strategies are disabled, it is necessary to disconnect and reconnect again.
I run realtime for about over 4 weekends and in 2 occasions I had no problems finding everything working properly on Monday morning while in 2 occasions I got the above described issue.
Are you aware of similar problems, is there anything I shall try or do?

Thank you for your post.

When you stop receiving real time data after an unexpected disconnect if you disconnect then connect to Kinetick once again do you then receive real time data within NinjaTrader?

HI, this issue happened only after weekends, when on monday I see no realtime data disconnecting and reconnecting solves the issue, yet I don't consider it a solution as quotes and activity starts at midnight (Central European Time) and I'm normally sleeping that time so I miss several hours of potential activity which could mean missing entries or, even worse, stoplosses.
