Sugar #11 Nymex future contract - Interactive Broker issue

Hi,

The quote for "SB" Sugar#11 from IB TWS is 0.1799$ (per Lbs ), meanwhile from Kinetick EOD ~ 17.65$ ( per 100 Lbs) , because of this difference in units the chart is plotted incorrectly.

ًًWith IB data feed only (without Kinetick) the daily chart looks weired (similar in appearance to tick charts)

how to solve this issue?

Hi bassam, do you connect to a demo or live IB account here? Could you please post a screenshot of your SB daily chart?

Thanks. For working with IB's contract you would need to change the used ticksize in NT's Instrument Manager, currently this is set to 0.01 for SB, I would go to 0.0001 now and then reload the chart's data fresh.

Have you compared to the chart you receive in your TWS directly? Do you have perhaps a paper account that would have SB / Nybot enabled which we could use here for reproducing and testing? If so, please contact us via Help >> Mail to Support and we take it from there. Thanks.

The exchange was set to Nymex, I changed it to Nybot and now it shows the correct price.
