PnL does not appear

I am in the Positions tab and when i see my open trade i can see my other PnL except for one. THe MGC 06-13 it doesnt show PnL

Which data provider are you using with NinjaTrader?

Do you see real-time updates to this instrument?

connection is Zen Fire. how do i know if im getting real time updates?

Check from the Orders tab of the Control Center, or from a SuperDOM window.

Do you see the MGC updating as it's a live market? Or does it freeze?

seems to be updating fine. I checked both. also the chart price moves fine and my ticks PnL is active on the chart. the only thing is i cant see the PnL on the Positions tab.

To clarify, is this a live, or a simulation trade?

If live, can you place a Sim101 order and tell me if it's not updating as well?

trading live. when i place a sim order for MGC i do see the PnL. I have never had an issue so far with this. only with MGC instrument. like i said i have two other trades going and they do show PnL

Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.
