    Profit column goes to zero after closing re-opening NT7

    Just ran across this problem this morning
    last night and into this morning i both sim traded and live traded the 6J and other contracts.
    Before going to bed i closed NT7, prior to that my Profit and Cum. Profit columns in the Trade tab of the Account Performance tab were all showing correct values for multiple days of trading.
    When i re-opened the program this morning the profit column was all zeros for every trade and thus the cum. profit column was wiped out too.
    Correct figures are shown for these totals on the Summary page.
    Not sure what to do or how to get the Trades tab to recalculate the Profit and Cum. Profit columns ? what got lost ?

    Hello stafe,

    Thanks for your note.

    Its possible the Account Performance does not have the correct dates selected.

    Please check that the From: date and To: date include the days where these trades took place. Once you have changed the dates, you will need to click the Generate button to view the results.

    Also, please ensure that the account these trades were placed on is selected as well. You can view this by click the "Advanced>>" button. Be sure the account is checked in the Accounts column in the Advanced area.

      thanks for getting back ChelseaB...
      it turns out i had the Mode set to Points
      kinda strange, but it makes all the profit columns zero...
      when i set it back to Currency all was OK
