Enabling checkbox not showing checked
Hey guys, I've got a 1 strategy running against a large # of instruments. When I click control A then select them all, then right click and select enable, the output tells me its being enabled but the checkbox is not showing as enabled on the list, is my strategy list being enabled? It also prints this message in the output window:

Thank you for your note.
Enabling strategies in this manner should work, however, it will take some time for each strategy to start.
Testing this, I added the same strategy multiple times to my Strategies tab. I then selected them all, right-clicked and selected Enable.
The first strategy started fairly quickly but the other 4 I added each took about 45 seconds to start.
This means in a very large list strategies this might take a considerable amount of time.
Are you seeing any errors in the log tab of your Control Center? If so, what do these messages say?
If you continue to wait, do any of the strategies become enabled? This is indicated by the strategy name column showing in green.Chelsea B.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Hi Chelsea, I figured out what was going on - and its a weird bug. Whenever I click on one strategy and instrument manually, it checks the box and it enables it, but then it UNchecks the box and it becomes disabled. There is no green area near it. How do I fix?

It says Market data is delayed because you dont have a subscrption to realtime data for exchange instrument is traded on" However it was working before now its not.

Are you able to open a chart with Chart Trader with that instrument and place any trades?
Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
What instrument have you selected? (if a Future, please include expiry)

Hi Chelsea, just so you know, it was working just fine a couple of days ago, but now for some reason its not. Its 300 or so stock instruments, symbols like A, ZNGA, YOKU, WLP, etc, they all fail. I also tried the S and P 500 list, they also fail. I should have a real-time subscription via Kinetick and that shows as green in the lower right corner as connected. The chart is the 120 minute chart. How do I use charttrader?

Without using Chart Trader, can you open a chart with these instruments and view the incoming data?
You mention a 120 minute chart. Does this mean you have tested these symbols on that chart and they were not able to receive data?
To open Chart Trader:
Right-click the chart -> select Properties...
In the Section under the label Window, change the value for Show chart trader to True.

Hi Chelsea, the data appears to load just fine, I loaded a 120 minute chart with symbol "A" and it worked just fine, the price was moving around in real-time. Also I did successfully execute a trade with Charttrader manually against the SIM 101 account. However, this does not solve my original problem.

Hi, yes, already tried that, what it does is it check it then it unchecks it, almost like its automatically disables it on its own.
