Connection problem

when I attempt to login and connect on my Mirus Demo, using Zenfire I get

"Login failed: Please check your account connection parameters and internet connection."

note this is the first time I am trying to connect using this demo. I inputted the Ninjatrader demo license key. and the Username/pw for Zenfire.

Thank you for your post.


Please remove and recreate the connection to Zen-Fire:

• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.
