Delay exit orders until entry order filled

Is there any way to delay submitting exit orders (stop loss, trailing stop, profit target) until the entry order is filled completely?
Preferably within strategy wizard

You can do that monitoring the new order status events in NT6.5. This is not supported in the wizard.
