So I may assist you further please answer the following.

How long does it take to load?
Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green at the bottom left of the Control Center.
How many Days to Load do you have set? You can check by right clicking on your chart and selecting Data Series

It takes more than 5 -10 minutes to load, sometimes forever, sometimes I got empty chart after reload ( http://screencast.com/t/8FY5LdIDQU)

sometimes I load 1 month, sometimes 2 months

Thanks for writing in.

There is a lot of information in tick data and it will take long to load 2 months of tick data.
Please try reducing the days to load.
It would be recommend to only load as many days as you need.
The default setting is 3 days.

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20130403.txt"

Once located please send the file as an attachment to your email.
In the message put ATTN Brandon and include a link to this forum topic.
