Connection issues with Mirus

Hi,

When I connect to my live trading account (Mirus). The buying power, cash balance, these fields are empty. I checked with the broker and they are able to see the values from their side.

I deleted and re-added the account in NT and still seeing the same problem. Does anyone had this issue?

Hi Rrk,

Thanks for writing in.

Mirus uses Zen-Fire data feed, which unfortunately does not support buying power, excess equity and total cash balance.

The API from the Zen-Fire only supports Cash Value and Realized PnL for NinjaTrader.

I got it fixed. I somehow unchecked the Cash value from the grid. Now its on. Mirus offers only Cash value and R PnL.
