MBT previous 30min disappearing

Hi. Whenever I reload NT to get data from MB Trading, the previous 30 minute bar disappears. I've noticed this just today/this week and I'm not sure why this is happening since its been running well ever since I switched from the FXCM 'challenges'.

Please don't tell me to go buy Kinetick. Thanks.

What instrument have you selected?

(For a chart) what interval is selected?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Do you receive real time data for these instruments from MB Trading?

I have a simple EURUSD 30 minute chart with no errors onscreen or on the log tab. I am running it as a demo account. Perhaps maybe this is the problem as its not as reliable as a funded account?

I no longer hit the reload data button as I am afraid of losing the previous 30 min bar. I'm going to try to run EURUSD from the London open 30 minute point to NY afternoon session hoping I don't lose any 30 min bar.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.
