Esignal Level 2 Data Connection Problem

Unfortunately our eSignal connection does not include this instrument. Can you please send me your eSignal username and password, so I can test your connection on my end. Please send an email to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and put 'Att, Esignal Level 2 Data Connection Problem' in the subject header.

Well I had this problem in 2008 and informed the NinjaTrader support now seen that in 2015 had the same problem then ask. Today is 09.13.2016 and passed eight years, I returned to sign esinal and I wonder if tidied this problem depht market level II to connect the ninja through the eSignal data.
At the time they told me they were going to solve this. It is now possible to connect depht market eSignal Level II in NinjaTrader?

Currently we support L2 data with eSignal for the following instruments. Unfortunately other instruments will not load L2 data in NinjaTrader.

Stocks (NASDAQ and NYSE)
Futures (CME and CBOT)

I was planning to sign up for eSignal next month to get HKFE (Hong Kong) futures into NinjaTrader because Kinetick does not supply same.

Does this L2 data issue apply to the Jigsaw Trading DOM indicator that I run inside Ninja? Or is it just the Ninja DOM?

Hello, is there any possibility of some developed API to connect with the bag of Brazil (BVMF "Futures" and Bovespa "Stocks?
I listened to the version of the ninja trader 8 this would be possible is it?
Do you think that even in this life will be possible to have LEVEL II in these stocks??

I subscribed to the eSignal level II data only option for the Osaka based Nikkei emini contract as it appears to be the only way I could get data for this market without moving away from NinjaTrader. Unfortunately after hours of trying and multiple emails to NT support I found that level II didn't work for this market also and that the Jigsaw DOM was therefore unusable. I was able to get level I data to chart OK in NT7 but hit all sorts of problems when trying to feed NT8 ( last 2 versions including RC1) with eSignal data despite using the exact version of eSignal as recommended by NT in their connection guides. I was unable to correctly plot Nikkei emini volume based bar charts plus if tick replay was enabled the situation got worse with volume based indicators becoming corrupted. It also appeared that eSignal data did not support the download of historical bid/ask data when in tick replay mode. I came to the conclusion that for many markets the eSignal data option is a poor one and very expensive. As far as NT8 is concerned I was not able to get it to work at all and ended up cancelling my eSignal subscription after 2 months. I would be very wary about attemtping to use NT8 and eSignal together for any non US market as it seems to be unproven. I assume NT8 and eSignal work correctly together for the US markets specified by Jason.

You can get the BM&F exchange data Level 1 and 2 from Kinetick.

Just go to Kinetick.com and click Subscribe to see data available.
