Symbol disappeared

The NQ symbol has completely disappeared from the database. Since I had been using it on a chart, I receive an error message on start-up stating that the symbol can't be found. I ran a database repair, but the action didn't recover it.
I assume that I need only add the symbol to the database manager. If that is the case, where do I find the parameters for the symbol that I would need to enter?

Resetting NinjaTrader's instrument list will automatically restore NQ. To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'. Restart NinjaTrader for the change to take effect.
