Problem with some charts giving incomplete data

Hi there,

I've started to notice a problem with some charts for some instruments missing data. For example, a 10 minute chart will either be missing today's data or the previous day's data. I often only discover this after doing "reload all historical data".

Reloading all historical data always gets my charts back to normal, but it's problematic because at a glance I can't be certain if the data I'm viewing is correct. The data should be loaded automatically but for some reason its not.

This only happens for some instruments though. As I'm scanning through my list of stocks (about 50 or so), I'd say half are incorrect and need the historical data reloaded and the rest are fine as is without reloading.

Any idea how to fix this? I followed the instructions on the sticky thread but everything was already in order.
