hi guys.

I'm facing a big problem at the moment. I'm in a trade but Nt doesn't communicate with windows. What do I have to do to tackle this issue and continue my trade and strategy.
In Dutch the description of the problem.

First it would be recommended to contact your broker to manage your open position.
So we may assist you further please send today's trace file to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com
You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20130328.txt"

Once located please send the file as an attachment to your email.
In the message of the email put ATTN Brandon and provide a link to this forum topic
