Run nt on a second machine

I want to install NT on a second machine we just built. I have a second set of logon credentials from my broker.

When I enter the lic key I get 2 messages:

1. NinjaTrader license servers could not be reached.
Please enter your back door code here.
(I enter the License Key)... I then get...

2. Invalid back door code.
the back door code you entered is invalid.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your note.

This message indicates that firewall software is preventing NinjaTrader from accessing it's licensing servers. Please temporarily disable the software then restart NinjaTrader and enter your key. You would then want to look in to adding an exception for NinjaTrader within the firewall. We can provide you with a list of ports and IP's at Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com.
