Replay/DL Cache clean up?

Is there a need to clean or clear anything after downloading and backtesting a lot of data?
My download seems to be slower than when I first backtested, on multiple occasions. In essence Ninjatrader seems to be working slower.

When you say backtesting are you specifically referring to the market replay data? If yes then this could indeed be the cause for why it's loading slower. As you acquire more replay data each time you start up the replay it has to load all these files. You can clear out dates you no longer need by going to (MY)Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\data and deleting any folder dates you don't need.

If needed you can also clear out historical data from the data manager (tools -> historical data manager -> edit tab) http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...ta_manager.htm
