      This has been resolved.

      Please restart NinjaTrader and reconnect to your Zen-Fire connection.

      Once reconnected, please right click on the chart and select "Reload all historical data".

        about an hour ago was not cleared, when the session ends prove what you say. Other times I've solved just by making a reload all data

          I have no FDAX minute data from the 12th April 2013. Tick data is there.

          I have reloaded all historical data several times.

          I´m with Zen-Fire and Mirus.

                I have no data for the FESX from yesterday between 12:09 and 20:11 CET.
                I have read somewhere about a technical issue at the Eurex but don´t know how long it lasted.
                Did it take 8 hours to solve the issue? Will the missing data be available?

                  Hi,

                  We are aware of exchange related items which would affect all data providers starting around 6:05AM US Eastern.

                  We're not entirely sure to which extend the exchange was experiencing issues as all data providers resume at various times. We're looking into this further to determine that exact time of the outage and to see what can be done to restore the data over weekend maintenance for this particular provider.

                    Thanks for looking into this.

                    On the eurexchange website I found that they halted the futures contract for 1.5 hours.

                    "Eurex thus halted trading in the future and options on Euro STOXX 50 at 12 45 pm CET in order to secure market integrity. The situation was analyzed and the problem was identified.
                    The products were back to continuous trading at 2 15 pm CET"



                    But with Zen-Fire I´m missing 8 hours of data.

                      CQG data missing

                      CQG data feed is missing since 11:55 AM today for GC 02-14,CL01-14 and 6E 03-14 as far I i can see .........

                        I've checked the CQG historical data servers and the data mentioned is available.

                        If this data is still missing from your charts, please disconnect from CQG and reconnect. Once reconnected, please right click on the chart and select "reload all historical data" and let us know the outcome.

                          There is no FESX minute data from last friday (12/20) on my charts. Tick data is ok.

                          I´ve restarted NT and reloaded historical data several times.

                          I´m with Zen-Fire/ Mirus.
