IB first connection

Hi
I bought a license for IB.
I connected first my Kinetick connection and then IB (to the paper account)
I used the suggested version of TWS and I allowed to trigger the order outside the RTH ( I unchecked the flag about the orders trigger in IB account configuration). I also set "allow order to be activated triggered or filled outside the regual trading hours" in TWS Orders Presets.

I place a market order both manually or via a strategy but it remains PendingSubmitt. Now is 4.42 am CET

Can you please tell me what instrument you try to submit orders to. Do you receive real-time data for this instrument in NinjaTrader?

If not, please reverse the connection sequence, so connect to IB first and check if real-time data is received and if orders receive an Accepted or Working status after you submit them.

I receive realtime data from kinetick paid subscription.
The insturment is ES ####.
I have not a subscription for realtime data from IB but I do for kinetick (i would like to use just kinetick). DO i need one for IB as well?

it works with ES 06-13 .. There is nothing to do for make it work for continous contract as well?

Thank you for clarifying. Unfortunately you cannot trade continuous contracts - these are used for information purposes only.
