Just Installed Release 12 -- NT No Longer Loads...

Hi, I just installed release 12 a few minutes ago, and now whenever I try to run NinjaTrader, I get the startup splash screen (gray box that says NT), then nothing happens.

I am using Windows 7 and when I look at Processes it shows up in there as NinjaTrader.exe. However, when I go to the applications tab, it does not appear.

I'm running 64 bit and I've tried both the 64 bit version and the normal version. Any idea why it's suddenly not loading after installing the latest release?

To assist you further please send in your configuration file to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com
You can locate you configuration file under (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7
The file will be named "config.xml"
Once located please send the file in as an attachment to your email.
In the message put ATTN Brandon and include a link to this forum topic.
