Trades only show once chart reloaded

Hi,
I am running an automated strategy with kinetick as my main data provider and also connected to IB account. 2 times this week upon reloading the chart at the end of the day new trades appear on the chart and hence were trades not taken. My computer is a new laptop (fast) and cabled directly to my router and I have a fast DSL connection. I really don't think I was having connection issues. Any idea what could cause the trades not to trigger real time but then show when the chart is reloaded?

Hi Marklhc1988, this be happening potentially due to differences in data as well, as you've reloaded the chart it would have updated data from the servers you're connected to - would the entries be shown then per your conditions if tested in Market Replay?
