Connecting with MBTrading

I just open an account with MBTrading, do you have instructions as to how to connect to MBT Desktop Pro to be able to trade and upload trades and data to NinjaTrader?
Which version of MBT Desktop Pro should I install to be compatible with Ninja Trader?

With the current release of NinjaTrader we recommend that the 11.9.0.44 of the MB Trading software be used. That version is available here: http://www.ninjatrader.com/ninjatrad....11.9.0.44.exe

One quick question am I able to see historical orders made in MBTrading in the NT Control Center > Account Performance tab? I don't see any now. If so how.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to download trade history. NinjaTrader would track only those orders placed through NinjaTrader.
