C# compiler error and data error

HI

Recently updated to latest version - virtually every time I restart I am getting a C# complier error as below.

Also charts are not opening and error saying symbol not valid (using back adjusted charts). Error log also attached.

Sim licence at present on DTN IQ feed.

Can you assist please?

Thank you for your post and welcome to our forums!

On the first item, we would need to look at your log and trace files to see what is occurring.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

Please reference this thread in the body of the email.

For the second item, IQFeed only hosts a limited number of contract months back. You can wokaround this error either by reducing the number of "Days to load" on the chart, or you can switch to their native ES ##-## contract symbol which offers continuous data for the periods you may need.

Files sent and second issue resolved - I forgot to adjust the chart template look back to the tick chart being used.
