New Computer

The computer which had Ninja Trader installed, and the one I used for trades has
died.

How can I transport (set up) NT on my new computer?

Do you have access to the old hard drive? If so, you may be able to restore a backup file from Documents\NinjaTrader Backup

If you never created a backup, or you cannot access this hard drive, you will need to reinstall NinjaTrader from scratch.

Typically, you should have record of your license key in an old email, but if you cannot find this, please email our sales team and ask for a copy of your key (sales[at]ninjatrader[dot]com
