Data not being loaded

I had to re-install Windows on Macbook Pro and subsequently Ninja Trader on my Macbook due to space on the hard drive issues. Since then every time I try and use market replay Ninja trader does not fully download all the data for any date that I request. It seems to download a fraction of what the original market traded. How do I fix this? I have re-installed Ninja Trader a few times and it hasn't helped, is the data that I am downloading somehow corrupted or do you I need to adjust some settings?

P.S. I have included a picture of the market on the ES- S&P 500 for 4th March 2013 from 9.30 to 14.30 and you can see that it appears that the market hardly moved which is not the case as I have checked and my chart looks very different from what actually happened.

In your message, please include:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) A copy of today's trace file.
You will find this diagnostic file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
I would need a copy of the 'trace.20130310.txt' file.
