Error on loading chart data for ... : Unable to load historical data: unknown instrum

Unkown Instrument Kinetick

I am using Kinetick live. I receive "unknown error" messages. In Instrument Manager I select the specified future and then Edit > Misc > Symbol map and add the future to Kinetick. Still no luck. I get many "unknown error" messages and "panic" messages and lots of them. Why so many of the same message is one not enough?

Can you please tell me what instrument you are attempting to view, time interval chart you have selected and what data provider you are connected to within NinjaTrader.

1. Version 7.0.1000.22
2. Kinetick (paid version)
3. There were many, however, this is one BANKNIFTY
4. 60 minute
5. Lots of these errors.

Currently Kinetick does not offer data for Futures on the NSE Exchange. I have also provided a link below to the Kinetick Symbol Search page as well:
