Missing Data On Chart

I have two ES 2000 tick charts open. One shows the data for all previous days but one is missing the data for Thursday, March 7. Any idea whta the problem might be?

Hello Martin,

Please right click on the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

Does the chart now show the data for the 7th?

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What contract month is selected?

(For a chart) what interval is selected?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Ok. Things seem to have fixed themselves. Not sure if 'Reload All Historical Data' is what did it, but all is good now. I'm with Kinetic btw.
