Unable to send emails

Hi guys - have been changing my password on the mailserver. After verifying that it works fine and that I can log into my mail server with it I changed it in the NinjaTrader email settings as well. When attempting to send a test message I get:

Mailbox unavailable: Access denied - Invalid HELO name (see RFC2821.4.1.1.1)

Can you please help me out - this is pretty important as my subs aren't getting emails right now.

Are you pressing "OK" to accept the changes?

If you just update the field and then hit test, it will use the old password.

Please try hitting OK to close out of the options, and then go back and test the email again.

Yup - that was it - figured it out after doing the same dumb things five times ;-)
