Number of best results set up - Optimizing or walk forward

Hello

Where i can set up in the field Keep number of best results to number 1 instead default value 2(system minimum) in Walk forward analyse? This will help me enought.

Hello Tomas,

After you have setup the Parameters that you would like to keep for that specific Strategy you may may right click inside of the Parameters section of the Strategy and select "Set Default For *<NameOfStrategy>*" to be able keep the default settings for that Strategy every time that you select it.

JC thank you for answer, but that is not answer for my question. Please open Ninja click on the instrument list in new Strategy analyser window, select walk forward and try to set parameter Keep # best results to number 1 and let me know the result.

Thanks for the information.

Yes, that would be correct you would not be able to enter 1 in the parameter "Keep best # results" because it is coded with a minimum value of 2.

It is coded within the NinjaTrader platform itself and you would not be able to change the coding of this.
