Moving order 1/2 way closer from previous position

Hi guys, I'm wondering how to change my order after certain event to 1/2 closer to average price from its previous position. I don't want to add any more parameters to my strategy, is there any simple formula for that?

What method are you using to place the order? Is it SetStopLoss()?

What determines the original placement of the order?
